Netflix looking at Streaming only Plan?
With Netflix launching a streaming only service in Canada recently, could a similar service at $8 a month be not far behind south of the border here in the states? I would like to see more current TV season content added to it. For example, NCIS was only available via physical DVD and not streaming. I guess I just want Netflix to jump in and compete with Hulu for current season streaming content. Speaking of Netflix and streaming content, the new AppleTV is now shipping. Let me know what you think.
TiVo delays DirecTV HD-DVR...again
During my time working with DirecTV, I would hear this a lot from customers that had TiVo boxes. TiVo users are a very loyal bunch so for those that use DirecTV, this will not make them any happier. Having never used a TiVo device myself, I can't say what makes them stand out from the features of the standard DirecTV HD-DVR box in my house.

Put to bed the rumors of Bing being the default search engine on the iOS devices. Google and Apple have reached a new deal according to Google CEO Eric Schmidt.
Charlotte Motor Speedway and Panasonic team up for biggest HD Screen
Sorry Jerry Jones, but your HD screen inside Jerry World, will no longer be the biggest in the world. This just brought NASCAR up to geek status for me!
