Microsoft revealed the Office 2010 for Mac will replace Entourage with Outlook...FINALLY!! Only took you folks in Redmond what like 10 years to figure this out?
Tom Tom for iPhone
Yes it is finally here! There are several ones available but I will link to the US/Canada version here. It’s $99 and you will need about 1.2GB available on your iPhone for it. I’m holding off right now for 2 reasons. One, early reviews say it doesn’t mention street names and Two, I just don’t do enough driving outside of T-Town to justify spending $99. I use the Google Maps feature and it does the trick for me for now.
iTunes 9 and Beatles on iTunes rumors
Yes we hear this at least once every year about the Beatles catalog coming to iTunes. I will believe it when I see it though. What’s funny is you can get John, Paul, George, and Ringo’s solo albums already on iTunes. But there is an iPod and iTunes 9 event on 9/9. Be interested to see what comes out of that with the rumored iPod camera and iTunes 9 roll out with some sort of Facebook integration.
DirecTV, Cisco, and Samsung in networking DVR deal?
