It’s Tuesday which means it’s time for another edition of Triple T. Here is what’s grabbing my attention this week.
iMissal for iPhone/iPod touch This is one cool app if your a geeky Catholic like myself. For $7 you get the daily readings and the order of the Mass right on your iPhone and no WiFi or 3G/EDGE connection required to access it. If your in the RCIA and have an iPhone or touch you might like this as it helps in understanding the order of the Mass. It also has a Liturgical calendar and over 50 prayers as well. Well worth the $7!
Updated MacJournal is out, I will see if there are any new exciting features to report in the next Triple T. If you use a Mac and are a blogger this is one of the best blogging apps you can buy. They also offer a Windows version too. I finally figured out how to embed a YouTube video on MacJournal which was the only time I actually had to go to my website’s dashboard to post. But now that I have figured it out on MJ, no more visits to WP to post a blog.
It appears Apple’s Snow Leopard’s API appears set. We should see some cool features at WWDC hopefully.
Finally a new updated Twitteriffic is out for the iPhone/iPod touch. They have added some great features like the ability to use multiple accounts, retweeting, and filtering capabilities. A welcome update for an app that saw others pass it by in capabilities.
